Adele Cornish is an Author, Couples Therapist, Blended Family Coach, and Presenter. She has spent 20 years utilising her social work background to extensively research and address the unique challenges blended families face.
Adele has used her knowledge and her experience to develop a programme that has taught practical skills and strategies to thousands of couples worldwide, equipping them to overcome common obstacles to blended family success. She has appeared several times on television (the Good Morning Show TV1, Choice TV and Cafe TV3) and radio speaking about blended families, authored books, written magazine feature articles.
Adele is part of a blended family. She is a biological mother of three boys and has been a stepmother for over thirty years. Adele brings wise insight and compassion to this subject based on her personal and professional knowledge and experience.

Professional Development Training
Adele and Mike have run several professional development training courses for organisations such at the New Zealand Association of Counsellors, Skylight Trust, NZ Kindergarten Association and others. These workshops are aimed at professionals working with blended families such as counsellors, social workers, psychologists, school staff, health professionals and clinicians.
